Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads, Google Ads &amp; SEO)Location: Remote (Office planned in the future) Salary: Up to 15,000 EGP + performance-based bonusesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a high-level Performance Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of the marketing funnel , from tracking setup to campaign execution, optimization, and scaling.This is not a beginner role. Job Title: Creative Account Manager (Remote, GCC Focus) Type: Full-Time &ndash; Marketing AgencyAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Creative Account Manager to work directly with the Agency Director and support both creative strategy and client management.This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in Alexandria due to future plans for an office setup and in-person collaboration when needed.You are expected to:<ul><li>Think creatively</li><li>Communicate clearly with clients</li><li>Coordinate execution with the team</li><li>Ensure quality and deadlines are consistently met</li></ul>You will be working primarily on clients in GCC markets, so understanding audience behavior, tone, and expectations in these markets is very important.Role OverviewThis position combines:<ul><li>Creative ideation and strategy</li><li>Client communication and relationship management</li><li>Project coordination and delivery oversight</li></ul>You will develop ideas, concepts, hooks, and scripts, then supervise execution by the creative team (designers, editors, videographers).You will also support the Director / Senior Creative Account Manager in day-to-day creative and client-related tasks.⚠ This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely without constant supervision.Main Responsibilities1. Project Coordination &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Translate client needs into clear, actionable creative briefs</li><li>Coordinate with videographers, editors, and designers</li><li>Track timelines, deliverables, and deadlines closely</li><li>Ensure all work is delivered on time and at the expected quality level</li><li>Review drafts internally before sending to Director or client</li><li>Provide references, inspiration, and direction to the team</li></ul>4. Social Media Management &amp; Publishing<ul><li>Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.</li><li>Ensure all posts align with the content calendar and campaign strategy</li><li>Write or refine captions in the correct brand tone of voice</li><li>Upload and publish content across platforms</li><li>Monitor basic performance metrics and report key insights</li><li>Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and client expectations</li><li>Handle basic engagement when needed and escalate important messages</li></ul>5. Creative Support (Light Execution Only)This is not a production role, but you must be comfortable with basic tools:<ul><li>Canva: simple layouts, mockups, presentations</li><li>CapCut (or similar): basic cuts, captions, previews</li><li>AI tools: generating ideas, drafting content, supporting creative work</li></ul>6.
