 Farm Manager
 
 , to be located in
 
 Antalya
 
 (Turkiye).
 
 
 
 What will be your responsibilities?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the development and maintenance of station infrastructure and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Direction and coordination of all station operations based on crop needs and breeding requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and organisation of processes and general needs of the station: infrastructure, inputs and personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Elaboration of breeding protocols together with the rest of the Farm Manager and ensuring their execution in the station.
 </li>
 <li>
 Management and training of staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reinforce, communicate and coordinate the official protocols established.
 </li>
 <li>
 Efficient management of resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and control of expenses. Budget request and expense control with IPL.

 You are the talent we are looking for if you...

 Have an Agronomy Degree ot Technical Agricultural Engineer
 </li>
 <li>
 Have experience in similar roles and team management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Live in Antalya or surroundings
 </li>
 <li>
 Speak Turkish &amp; English.
 </li>
