 SendCutSend is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. This role is perfect for someone who&rsquo;s eager to jump into a fast-paced environment and build real-world design experience. In this role you&rsquo;ll focus on print and digital design projects gaining experience across the full spectrum of creative work. This is a part-time role working 20-25 hours per week. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in design principles, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. You&rsquo;ll take on day-to-day design tasks that keep our marketing efforts running smoothly&mdash;freeing up senior designers to focus on larger projects.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Print &amp; Production Design
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create marketing collateral including inserts, stickers, tape, and other printed and materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Design large-format signage for events, trade shows, and internal use
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn how to design for laser cutting and other manufacturing applications
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Digital Design
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Produce graphics for ads, thumbnails, email campaigns, and social media
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with animations, intro graphics, and other motion design projects
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Collaboration &amp; Growth
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with the marketing team to deliver assets on deadline
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn and grow in areas like web, UI, and HTML/CSS as opportunities arise
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A general knowledge of print design principles (bleeds, file prep, formats, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 A team player who&rsquo;s open to feedback and eager to learn
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice to have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with animation or video editing tools (After Effects, Premier Pro, etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Figma
