 About the Role:
 
 
 We&rsquo;re hiring a Director of Demand Generation to take ownership of pipeline creation and revenue growth at Sendoso. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be accountable for delivering measurable results across ABM, paid media, SEO, content, website optimization, and BDR performance. You&rsquo;ll manage a multi-disciplinary team and budget, build programs that directly influence revenue, and ensure every channel is optimized for ROI. Success in this role means hitting aggressive pipeline targets, driving conversion improvements across the funnel, showcasing the measurable impact of Sendoso in every campaign and close partnership with cross functional partners.
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do:

 Own the Pipeline Engine: Lead Sendoso&rsquo;s demand generation strategy to fuel predictable and consistent pipeline growth and new revenue across all regions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build &amp; Scale Integrated Campaigns: Design creative, bold, multi-channel programs that combine Sendoso gifting, ABM, paid search, paid social, SEO, and content to engage and convert high-value accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Elevate the Digital Experience: Own our website and conversion optimization roadmap to craft a best-in-class buyer journey that inspires action and accelerates sales cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead with ABM: Partner closely with Sales to identify and activate top-tier accounts through intent-driven, personalized campaigns powered by Sendoso and best-in-class tech.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supercharge Paid Media: Drive paid acquisition across search, social, and emerging channels, constantly testing, optimizing, and scaling what works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Content &amp; Creative Storytelling: Guide the development of compelling content, thought leadership, and creative assets that showcase Sendoso&rsquo;s impact and feed pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Forecast &amp; Optimize: Own the budget and pipeline forecasts, bringing clarity, accountability, and efficiency to every dollar spent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspire &amp; Empower Teams: Lead, manage and grow a high-performing team &mdash; including an existing Sr. Manager of Field &amp; Integrated Programs and BDR team &mdash; fostering collaboration, innovation, and measurable impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion Real Connections: Activate Sendoso across all demand generation efforts, showing the market the power of modern gifting to break through the noise and humanize outreach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive Cross-Functional Wins: Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Design to align on ICP, messaging, and revenue priorities.

 Your Experience / Qualifications

 Proven Builder: 8&ndash;10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, preference for experience in Martech/SalesTech with 4+ years leading teams, delivering pipeline at scale.

 Pipeline Obsessed: Track record of turning ABM, paid media, SEO, and content into measurable revenue results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sendoso Savvy (or ready to be): Passion for leveraging gifting and personalized engagement to supercharge campaign performance.

 Team Leader &amp; Coach: Experience leading both marketers and BDRs, motivating teams to exceed goals while fostering career growth.
