Are you an experienced mental health professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join our newly contracted Wraparound program serving youth and families in Riverside County as a Bilingual Wraparound Therapist! 


As the Bilingual Wraparound Therapist, you will coordinate services and planning for children who are referred through social service, probation or mental health departments and are in the process of stepping down from institutional into family or family-like settings. Services will be provided almost exclusively in the community in families&rsquo; homes, group homes, foster homes, schools, etc. The primary role is to ensure that all parties are working together toward stability for the child and family. You will engage clients in meaningful and authentic relationships while providing a safe, predictable, and positive environment that aligns with our clients&rsquo; values and cultures.

Seneca offers &quot;Wraparound&quot; services to youth and families experiencing emotional/behavioral challenges in the home. The Wraparound programs are strengths-based, family-driven, flexible, and creative, with the goal of helping the family develop the skills and supports to prevent or reduce the possibility of out-of-home placement of their child. A family-based team addresses the needs of the entire family, not just the child of focus. This family-based team consists of family members, Seneca's Therapists, Youth Counselors, Parent Partners, Facilitators and other community members who have an important role in the family.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Promptly meet with clients and caregivers on a regular basis to further treatment goals utilizing culturally informed and best practice modalities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for the purpose of care planning and support.</li>
<li>Collaborate with agency staff, caregivers, other professionals and interested parties to formulate and implement individual client care plans, behavioral programs, and interventions.</li>
<li>Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and providers, as needed.</li>
<li>Complete assessment and evaluation process of clients in order to develop and implement the care plan.</li>
<li>Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, as well as casework issues, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Chart mental health notes, care plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Maintain availability for crisis intervention services, such as on-call rotation, if applicable.</li>
<li>Participate in individual and/or group supervision.</li>
<li>Comply with all child abuse reporting and Medicaid/Medi-Cal requirements in accordance with standards set by Seneca.</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality of client and business operations information.</li>
<li>Commit to and engage in self-evaluation as well as organizational goals, strategies, and systemic practices regarding diversity, equity and inclusion.</li>

Qualifications

REQUIRED
<ul>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in social work/psychology/counseling.</li>
<li>Eligible to register/registered with the CA BBS.</li>
<li>Bilingual (English and Spanish).</li>
<li>At least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies&rsquo; insurance policy.</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED
<ul>
<li>Experience working with children in out-of-home care.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Ability to work with a diverse population.</li>
<li>Good organizational and writing skills.</li>

Schedule
<ul>
<li>Full-time</li>
<li><ul><li>Monday - Friday: 10am-6:30pm; client driven schedule.</li>
<li>Hybrid; provide in-person services &amp; complete documentation remote.</li>

<ul><li>Starting at $77,507 to $91,507 per year.</li>
