 Role Overview:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 This role focuses on supporting the setup, maintenance, and development of data pipelines, models, ontologies, and workflows within Palantir Foundry to enable scalable analytics and operational insights.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, implement, and maintain Foundry pipelines ingesting data from internal and external systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Format, cleanse, and enrich data for downstream analytics and applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot platform connections, and optimize asset performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain datasets, objects, and ontologies to support analytics and operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to refine workflows, templates, and integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement access controls, metadata management, and governance best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify automation and performance improvement opportunities within Foundry
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on new Foundry features and development best practices
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Top Must-Have Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 At least 1 year of direct Palantir Foundry experience (pipeline building, object maintenance, app development)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 6+ years overall development experience (e.g., PySpark, Databricks, low-code, data engineering)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of low-code modules and Foundry&rsquo;s application development layer
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to coach/lead technical teams in a collaborative client-facing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Federal/DoD experience preferred
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Active Secret Clearance
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP and integrating cloud/on-prem data sources
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of data modeling, metadata, ontologies, and governance best practices
 </li>

 Preferred Skills:

 Experience working in federal or regulated environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior hands-on Foundry work (creating pipelines, establishing objects, monitoring asset health)

 Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks

 Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

 Position Description:
 
 
 
 As a Scrum Master, you will guide Agile software development teams, ensure predictable delivery, and support both onshore and offshore engineering partners. You&rsquo;ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, and manage delivery performance through data‑driven metrics and capacity planning.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Agile Leadership &amp; Team Coaching

 Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

 Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Product Owners to clarify backlog priorities, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and remove impediments to maintain team momentum and flow.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Delivery &amp; Performance Management

 Oversee Agile delivery across sprints and releases, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
 </li>

 Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, WIP, defects, cumulative flow, capacity).
 </li>

 Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across onshore/offshore teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor team health, performance trends, and delivery risks; provide regular updates to Program Leadership.

 Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Collaboration

 Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders with clarity and transparency.
