Our 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio allows caregivers to truly connect and provide meaningful support each day.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide hands-on senior care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.</li><li>Administer and document medications accurately in accordance with state guidelines.</li><li>Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and serving nutritious meals.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home, including daily housekeeping, laundry, and tidying of common areas and resident rooms.</li><li>Monitor residents&rsquo; well-being and report changes promptly to leadership.</li><li>Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>10+ years of caregiving experience in senior care required.</li><li>Med Tech certification required.</li><li>CNA or PCA certification accepted.</li><li>Proven reliability, compassion, and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li></ul>Why Work With Us<ul><li>Low resident-to-staff ratio (1:3) for more personal, meaningful care.</li><li>Clean, comfortable, home-like environment.</li><li>Supportive team and stable work setting.</li><li>Opportunity to make a real difference every day.</li></ul>Pay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid training</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Medtech certification required. </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Caregiving: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Certified Medication Technician (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
