We are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Weekend In-Home Caregivers. In this role, you will provide essential support to seniors and individuals in need, allowing them to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

As a caregiver, your work will have a direct impact on improving quality of life and providing peace of mind to both clients and their families.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting</li>
<li>Provide companionship and emotional support to clients during weekends-only</li>
<li>Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders</li>
<li>Assist with household tasks necessary to the client&rsquo;s health care needs Accompany clients to appointments and outings</li>
<li>Monitor and report changes in a client&rsquo;s health or behavior</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or educational equivalent.
</li><li>Must have at least one year of experience working in home care / home health.
</li><li>Must meet MS state requirements for Caregiving services.</li>
<li>Must have a valid and current state driver&rsquo;s license and insurance.</li>
<li>Must have safe and reliable transportation to go to and from the client&rsquo;s location and/or facilities and have a vehicle available during assignments in order to assist clients with shopping needs if required.</li>
<li>Must be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.</li></ul>

Physical Demands include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Able to lift, move, and assist clients. If you feel you cannot safely lift the client, please notify the office immediately.</li>
<li>Ability to safely assist client in and out of a vehicle and safely lift a wheelchair or walker weighing up to 50lbs into and out of a vehicle.</li>
<li>Able to communicate with others to accurately exchange information.</li>
<li>Able to operate office equipment such as a computer, phone, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.</li>
<li>Able to perform tasks such as lifting, light housekeeping, walking and driving.</li></ul>
