Basic computer skills are needed for POS system and payroll system.</li><li>

Housekeeper

In this role you will be responsible for transporting residents on regularly scheduled trips and special events and maintaining community vehicles. You will also be responsible for supervising and directing the work activity of the drivers. 
Job Description 
<ul><li>
Must be familiar with corporate, state, insurance accident and incident forms and reporting policies.</li><li>
Must instruct drivers in preventive maintenance of vehicles.</li><li>
Schedule drivers for daily transportation of residents and or staff.</li><li>
Schedule resident&rsquo;s appointments as they provide the information for their specific trip.</li><li>
Dispatch drivers or self for resident requests of return trips from their appointments.</li><li>
Be prepared for emergency trips (picking up residents being discharged from hospitals, rehab, etc.) as needed or to preform requests from administration and or other department team members.</li><li>
Ensure all vehicle inspection tags, license and insurance cards are current and displayed properly.</li><li>
Maintain clean appearance of the vehicle(s) by performing/scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning.</li><li>
Respond immediately and appropriately to all accidents and emergencies.</li><li>
Report mechanical needs and repairs and assist in coordination of necessary vehicle maintenance and repair service such as oil changes and tire rotations.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Level of Formal Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educational experience. 
Years of Experience: Must have 3-5+ years of driver experience 
Special Certifications: Valid/Current Commercial License (CDL) rated C-CDL according to state law w/ passenger endorsement

Job Description

Responsible for supervision of self-administered medication for the Skilled Nursing Department in compliance with Federal &amp; State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines as directed by the LPN/LVN/RN and/or the Manager Nurse and/or the Director of Nursing.</li><li>
Count and sign on approved form, all narcotics with approved personnel before accepting medication keys. Contact a supervisor immediately with discrepancies.</li><li>
Order all necessary medication and treatments from appropriate pharmacy or notify responsible party when supply is no less than 7 days.</li><li>
Notify supervisor when supply is less than 2 days and medicine hasn&rsquo;t been received.</li><li>
Responsible for receiving and verifying all medicine received is accurate according to pharmacy label and MAR. Notifies pharmacy and DH&amp;W of any discrepancies.</li><li>
Responsible for proper storage of all medications and ensuring all lotions, ointments and liquids stored separately from oral medications.</li><li>
Responsible for dating all appropriate vials or bottles at time of initial opening and following pharmacy protocol on length of time they can be used.</li><li>
Responsible for weekly inspections of all medications to ensure all expired medications are removed.</li><li>
Responsible for verifying all current MARs are compared to new MARs at change over time and notifying the supervisor of any discrepancies.</li><li>
Responsible for removing all discontinued medication from med cart and giving it to the supervisor.</li><li>
Provide personal care to residents to include, but not limited to, bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and eating, etc.</li><li>
