 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
 
 
 
 As a
 
 Cleaning Operator
 
 , you&rsquo;ll be the critical first step in our high-tech manufacturing process. You&rsquo;ll handle specialized metal cleaning (aqueous and solvent-based), help ensure parts meet the highest standards, and keep production moving smoothly.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll:
 
 
 <ul>

 Work with cutting-edge cleaning equipment (don&rsquo;t worry&mdash;we&rsquo;ll train you!)
 </li>
 <li>
 Read blueprints and instructions to get the job done right
 </li>
 <li>
 Load components, choose the right cleaning program, and make it shine
 </li>
 <li>
 Hand-clean more complex parts when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Package components and move them to the next team
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep everything calibrated, clean, and up to code
 </li>
 <li>
 Use tools like SPC charts to keep an eye on quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Pitch in to help and train teammates
 </li>
 <li>
 Log your work using basic computer functions
 
 
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 What You Bring:

 A High School diploma or GED
 </li>
 <li>
 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort using computers and following written instructions
 </li>

 Hourly Rate Range:
 
 $23.00 &ndash; $29.00. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications,
