Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate CNA to join our team as a Lead CNA Caregiver. This unique field-based role offer guaranteed full-time hours (minimum 30 hours per week) while providing variety, independence, and the opportunity to make direct impact on client care across your service area.
Unlike a traditional assignment-based position, our Lead CNA Caregivers are trusted team members who help ensure clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care. You'll support new client starts, assist with scheduling gaps, and provide reliable coverage when additional support is needed.

What You'll Do<ul><li>
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs</li><li>
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping</li><li>
Provide transportation and errands as needed</li><li>
Support start-of-care visits and new client transitions</li><li>
Cover open shifts and urgent care needs</li><li>
Observe and report changes in client condition</li><li>
Communicate with office and scheduling staff</li><li>
Help support and mentor fellow caregivers</li><li>
Build strong relationships with clients and families</li></ul>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Active CNA license</li><li>
Valid driver's license</li><li>
Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance</li><li>
Ability to travel up to a 50-mile radius</li><li>
Availability Monday - Friday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM</li><li>
Availability for two weekends per month</li><li>
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs</li><li>
Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening per company standards</li></ul></div>
