Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your leadership will drive the implementation of HR strategies aligned with our organizational goals, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to succession planning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company culture, optimize HR processes, and support our growth through innovative HR solutions.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.</li><li>Lead employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.</li><li>Manage performance management systems, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and continuous feedback processes.</li><li>Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing using platforms such as Workday or ADP, and ensure compliance with employment laws like FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.</li><li>Handle employee relations issues by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing conflict management strategies.</li><li>Design and implement organization development initiatives such as succession planning, organization design, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Supervise HR team members and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, HRIS system management (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM), and HR program management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in supervising teams and managing HR functions across diverse areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of employment &amp; labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and workers' compensation procedures.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in negotiation skills for contracts, vendor relationships (Paychex, Paylocity), and internal negotiations related to staffing or policy changes.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors; data analysis skills for workforce metrics; and familiarity with ATS systems for recruiting purposes.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with experience in strategic planning, process improvement initiatives, budgeting, and program management.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas to senior leadership and facilitate training &amp; development sessions.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
