 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly motivated Production Systems Engineer (Digital Oilfield Solutions) with a strong background in production engineering and oilfield management systems to support and grow our Digital Oilfield Solutions and related applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of oil and gas production operations, experience implementing digital workflows, and a proven ability to identify business opportunities and drive solution adoption within client organizations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Technical &amp; Operational Excellence
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, implement, and maintain multiple production operational workflows used by production and reservoir engineering teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and configure workflows covering:
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily data acquisition, data validation, and quality control rules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Well test validation, rate estimation, and back allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Asset and well-level surveillance, well performance, and shortfall analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Waterflood monitoring and optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Custom calculations and advanced analytics in our Digital Oilfield Solutions portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create intuitive visualization and reporting dashboards for clients to verify daily data, track KPIs, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams, including Production, Reservoir, and IT departments, to ensure seamless workflow integration and system reliability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct client training sessions and technical workshops to ensure effective utilization of deployed workflows and software tools.

 Business Development &amp; Client Engagement
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and evaluate business opportunities to expand the use of our digital oilfield solutions across client projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage proactively with key client stakeholders to upsell, cross-sell, and propose enhancements to existing solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the commercial team with technical presentations, proposal development, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a technical advisor to clients, translating field challenges into actionable digital solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong, trust-based client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in production engineering within the oil and gas industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience implementing and supporting digital oilfield management platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated business development or technical sales experience, preferably in oilfield digital solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Language skills: Advanced English required; Arabic a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel to client sites within the region as needed.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Familiarity with production optimization, reservoir surveillance, and digital transformation initiatives in oil and gas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in preparing and delivering technical proposals, client demos, and proofs of concept.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Spotfire, etc.) is a plus.
 </li>
