We are seeking a highly motivated Production Systems Engineer (Digital Oilfield Solutions) with a strong background in production engineering and oilfield management systems to support and grow our Digital Oilfield Solutions and related applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of oil and gas production operations, experience implementing digital workflows, and a proven ability to identify business opportunities and drive solution adoption within client organizations.</div><div></div><div><i>
Key Responsibilities</i></div><div></div><div>
Technical &amp; Operational Excellence</div><div></div><ul><li>
Design, implement, and maintain multiple production operational workflows used by production and reservoir engineering teams.</li><li>
Develop and configure workflows covering:</li></ul><div></div><ul><li>
Daily data acquisition, data validation, and quality control rules.</li><li>
Well test validation, rate estimation, and back allocation.</li><li>
Asset and well-level surveillance, well performance, and shortfall analysis.</li><li>
Waterflood monitoring and optimization.</li><li>
Custom calculations and advanced analytics in our Digital Oilfield Solutions portfolio.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li>
Create intuitive visualization and reporting dashboards for clients to verify daily data, track KPIs, and communicate insights to stakeholders.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams, including Production, Reservoir, and IT departments, to ensure seamless workflow integration and system reliability.</li><li>
Conduct client training sessions and technical workshops to ensure effective utilization of deployed workflows and software tools.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Business Development &amp; Client Engagement</div><div></div><ul><li>
Identify and evaluate business opportunities to expand the use of our digital oilfield solutions across client projects.</li><li>
Engage proactively with key client stakeholders to upsell, cross-sell, and propose enhancements to existing solutions.</li><li>
Support the commercial team with technical presentations, proposal development, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.</li><li>
Serve as a technical advisor to clients, translating field challenges into actionable digital solutions.</li><li>
Maintain strong, trust-based client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.</li></ul><div></div><div><i>
Qualifications &amp; Experience</i></div><div></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in production engineering within the oil and gas industry.</li><li>
Proven experience implementing and supporting digital oilfield management platforms.</li><li>
Demonstrated business development or technical sales experience, preferably in oilfield digital solutions.</li><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.</li><li>
Language skills: Advanced English required; Arabic a plus</li><li>
Willingness to travel to client sites within the region as needed.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Skills</div><div></div><ul><li>
Familiarity with production optimization, reservoir surveillance, and digital transformation initiatives in oil and gas.</li><li>
Experience in preparing and delivering technical proposals, client demos, and proofs of concept.</li><li>
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Spotfire, etc.) is a plus.</li></ul></div><div></div>
