Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Promote and sell Omicron&rsquo;s range of HVAC and BMS products</li><li>Temperature, humidity, differential pressure, CO&#8322;, and airflow sensors, transmitters, and pressure switches.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with leading HVAC consultants, BMS consultants, and system integrators to secure product approvals and specifications.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities through project tracking and consultant engagement.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for technical support, quotations, and order fulfilment.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, project reports, and performance updates.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic business planning.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical) or Business Administration.</li><li>MBA in Marketing or related specialization preferred.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in HVAC/BMS or Industrial Automation sales.</li><li>Proven experience working with leading HVAC Consultants and BMS Consultants/System Integrators</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of HVAC and BMS applications in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience you have in sales of HVAC and BMS sensors products to HVAC and BMS Consultant?</li><li>What is your current salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li><li>what is your notice period?</li><li>What is the reason for change in job?</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
