This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target market.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening techniques.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and managing campaigns.</li><li>Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.</li><li>Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.</li><li>Experience in content creation with a focus on branding and public relations.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and video editing software is a plus.</li><li>Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics to drive data-informed decisions.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.</li><li>Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through photography and videography.
