The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.Work Mode: On-site Internship duration: 06 months (Paid) Permanent employment will be offered based on performance Desired Candidate Profile &middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Applicants must have 03-06 months internship experience in IT hiring&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Applicants should be from West Bengal&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Diploma/Certification related to HR is mandatory.&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ Boolean search on job portals&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Applicants should have good communication skill.Responsibilities&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Writing and posting technical job descriptions&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager.&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.&middot;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239;&#8239; Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview.Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Salt Lake City, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Have you sourced candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed?</li><li>How comfortable are you in communicating with technical candidates (e.g., developers, engineers)?</li><li>Are you familiar with Boolean search strings or advanced sourcing techniques?</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Human Resource Certification (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
