The organization was set up in the year 2008 in Singapore intending to offer FMCG products and innovative consolidation solutions to its clients all over the world.Job ProfileWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin &amp; Sales executive to manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including invoicing, procurement, supplier &amp; customer communication, logistics coordination, and payment follow-ups.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Invoicing &amp; Documentation</li><li>Prepare accurate customer invoices and ensure timely dispatch.</li><li>Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of receivables and payables.</li><li>Assist in reconciling supplier and customer accounts.</li><li>Supplier &amp; Customer Communication</li><li>Act as the primary contact point for suppliers and customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.</li><li>Follow up with customers for outstanding payments as per credit terms.</li><li>Address supplier or customer queries promptly and professionally.</li></ul>&middot; Supply Chain Management<ul><li>Arrange and monitor shipments (local &amp; international), ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs agents for smooth deliveries.</li><li>Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders</li><li>Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely availability of materials.</li><li>Optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Financial &amp; Payment Follow-Ups</li><li>Follow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collections.</li><li>Coordinate with finance teams for smooth transaction processing.</li><li>Sales &amp; Purchase Reporting</li><li>Prepare and maintain sales and purchase reports for management review.</li><li>Analyze trends and provide insights for process improvements</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business administration or a related field.&middot; Proven experience (2+ years) in administrative roles&middot; Strong negotiation and communication skills.Job Type: Full-time
