<div>Efficiently investigate and resolve insurance claims. You&rsquo;ll manage a caseload, negotiate settlements, and partner with stakeholders to ensure fair, accurate outcomes.

What You'll Do:
As a Claims Representative - Liability on one of our Commercial Liability teams, you will:<ul><li>
Support customers with empathy and understanding, assisting them through difficult situations and effectively communicating the claims process, the ongoing claim status, and decisions, including the reasoning behind them.</li><li>
Verify coverage by thoroughly reviewing the policy and interpreting policy terms, conditions, and language.</li><li>
Evaluate liability by taking recorded statements from involved parties and witnesses, reviewing police reports, and compiling other pertinent evidence. Negotiate or deny liability based on the investigation outcome.</li><li>
Evaluate physical damage and bodily injury claims based on estimates, photographs, appraisals, medical reports, medical bills, and other evidence. Work closely with medical providers, repair shops, and/or contractors to facilitate necessary and related services or repair work.</li><li>
Establish timely reserves based on the ongoing liability and damage assessments. Negotiate property damage and bodily injury settlements with policyholders, claimants or attorneys, and other insurance carriers to resolve matters within the evaluation. Timely pay claims within assigned authority limits.</li><li>
Comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies through thorough documentation of all decisions, correspondence, and discussions that occur throughout the life cycle of the claim.</li><li>
Determine if subrogation exists and work with the subrogation department on recovery of damages.</li><li>
Obtain and maintain state licensing requirements.</li></ul>
What it Takes:<ul><li>
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of related work experience</li><li>
Insurance experience and/or coursework preferred</li><li>
Ability to review and analyze detailed documents, insurance policies, coverages, medical terminology, and insurance regulations</li><li>
Ability to make appropriate claim decisions, prioritize, and manage workload</li><li>
Effective verbal and written communication skills</li><li>

Claims Representative - Commercial Liability

<div>Provide operational support to attorneys &amp; paralegals, using your skills for research, drafting documents, developing forms, and handling court filings.
This position will report to our Scottsdale, AZ office under our hybrid work model.
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Assists attorneys and paralegals in gathering standard information. This may include but is not limited to medical records, photos, police reports, statements, bills, guardianship materials, etc</li><li>
Provides support on various ad hoc projects to address specific legal related needs.</li><li>
Prepares standard respondence regarding demands for bills of particulars, jury demands, discovery pleadings, and other legal matters as directed by attorneys</li><li>

Legal Assistant Senior - Staff Counsel

As an Underwriting Support Specialist, you will be responsible for specific territories utilizing your talents to support the commercial lines business and underwriting team.<div> 
What You&rsquo;ll Do 
<ul><li>Documents and maintains customer information and forms necessary for policies and/or policy changes in various systems. Handles the most complex transactions by gathering all necessary data from various sources, updating applicable systems, reviewing output for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring appropriate resolution. Ensures that data and materials meet company standards for compliance, completeness, and quality</li><li>Collaborates with underwriters and agents to prepare new or renewal files for underwriters within an assigned territory, producing risk/exposure reports and compiling information. Compiles underwriting electronic records and forms, sales quotes, and/or business contracts. May correspond with customers, sales producers, and/or independent agents to gather and verify information or deliver quotes</li><li>Serves as primary point of contact and resource for designated producers, customers, and/or agents within the territory.  About The Role
 
 
 
 The Solutions Engineering team at Sentry is responsible for helping our largest customers successfully embed Sentry into their applications and workflows. From integrating our SDK to making sure alerts and issues make it to the right place at the right time. Based in Amsterdam, this Solutions Engineer will serve as Sentry's primary technical presence across the EMEA region, partnering closely with enterprise engineering teams throughout the post-sales lifecycle.

 Strong understanding of the software development and release lifecycle. You know where developers feel the most pain

 Solid observability foundation: practical experience with APM, RUM, tracing, and error monitoring
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communicator and presenter. Comfortable in front of both ICs and engineering leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English required; additional European languages a plus

 </ul>
 
 
 This is a 12-month fixed-term role designed for impact; high performers may have the opportunity to convert to a permanent position as the team continues to grow.
 
 
 
 
 The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is &euro;98,000 to &euro;130,000 + a 85/15 variable. A successful candidate&rsquo;s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate&rsquo;s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry&rsquo;s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate&rsquo;s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage).
