What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>
As a Recruiter, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring talent across the organization while upholding Sentry&rsquo;s culture and employee‑owner mindset.
Talent Acquisition &amp; Sourcing<ul><li>
Partner closely with leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and success criteria.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement.</li><li>
Identify and engage passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, and industry networks.</li><li>
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill and niche roles, including Service Technician positions.</li></ul>
Recruiting &amp; Hiring Experience<ul><li>
Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates&rsquo; experience, skills, and cultural alignment.</li><li>
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with internal partners to ensure an efficient, positive candidate experience.</li><li>
Create, post, and manage internal and external job postings aligned with business needs and Sentry&rsquo;s brand.</li><li>
Train supervisors and culture interview participants on effective and compliant interview practices.</li></ul>
Programs, Process &amp; Metrics<ul><li>
Manage Sentry&rsquo;s intern and co‑op program, supporting hiring, coordination, and onboarding.</li><li>
Track, analyze, and report recruiting and hiring metrics to support continuous improvement.</li><li>
Maintain accurate, confidential candidate and employee records within the HRIS and HR files.</li></ul>
HR Support &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>
Support onsite employee relations matters as needed.</li><li>
Contribute to ongoing improvement of job descriptions and recruiting processes.</li><li>
Partner closely with the HR team and leaders across the organization to support a strong, values-driven culture.</li><li>
Pitch in on other HR initiatives and projects as assigned.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring</h3><ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
Experience: At least 3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruiting, sourcing, and employee communications.</li><li>
Certification: PHR certification preferred.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Strengths<ul><li>
Strong communication skills&mdash;written, verbal, and interpersonal.</li><li>
Experience with legal, effective recruiting and interviewing practices.</li><li>
Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, HRIS platforms, and recruiting technology.</li><li>
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.</li></ul>
