Sentry Force Security is seeking several reliable and experienced Armed Security Officers to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Job Summary Sentry Force Security is currently hiring experienced Unarmed Security Officers to support operations across multiple locations within the City of Norfolk.In this role, officers will perform a wide range of security functions, including controlling site access, conducting routine patrols, deterring criminal activity, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing parking regulations, and responding to incidents as they arise. Additional responsibilities may include investigating suspicious behavior, providing customer assistance, handling alarm activations, documenting activity, and ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted on-site.Candidates should be dependable, observant, and professional, with the ability to respond effectively in both routine and emergency situations while maintaining a strong visible presence.We are actively recruiting for all shifts and days of operation. Job Summary Sentry Force Security is seeking experienced Unarmed Security Officers to support a dedicated client account with multiple sites located in Norfolk. Selected candidates will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to access control, property patrols, crime prevention, surveillance and monitoring, parking enforcement, investigation of suspicious activity, emergency response and escalation, customer service, alarm response, identification and removal of unauthorized individuals, and maintaining accurate visitor logs. Officers are expected to maintain a strong security presence, demonstrate professionalism, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property.
