Team Leadership &amp; Delivery Management<ul><li>Lead and manage developers specializing in:</li></ul><ul><li>	WordPress Development</li></ul><ul><li>	Shopify Development</li></ul><ul><li>	Laravel Development</li></ul><ul><li>	React / Next.js Development</li></ul><ul><li>	E-commerce &amp; Custom Web Solutions</li></ul><ul><li>	Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects</li></ul><ul><li>	Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices</li></ul><ul><li>	Mentor junior developers and foster a high-performance culture</li></ul>2. Project Ownership &amp; Client Delivery<ul><li>	Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with:</li></ul><ul><li>	Sales Team: Provide pre-sales technical clarity</li></ul><ul><li>	Marketing Team: Ensure SEO-friendly and CRO-ready builds</li></ul><ul><li>Guarantee:</li></ul><ul><li>	Performance-optimized websites</li></ul><ul><li>	Responsive, scalable, and secure builds</li></ul><ul><li>	Proper documentation and handovers</li></ul><ul><li>	Handle escalations related to technical issues or delivery risks</li></ul>3. Server, Hosting &amp; DevOps Oversight<ul><li>	Manage and monitor hosting environments (shared, VPS, cloud)</li></ul><ul><li>	Oversee website servers and databases</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with DevOps for:</li></ul><ul><li>	CI/CD pipelines</li></ul><ul><li>	Staging and production deployments</li></ul><ul><li>	Backup, uptime, and security practices</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure smooth deployment of:</li></ul><ul><li>	Web applications</li></ul><ul><li>	E-commerce platforms</li></ul><ul><li>	SaaS interfaces</li></ul>4.
