SEON is on a mission to create a Fraud Free World. We&rsquo;re looking for a Sr. Enablement Program Manager to join our Revenue organization, reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy &amp; Enablement. The Enablement Program Manager will oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive curriculums, training modules, and certification programs for both internal and external stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert on SEON&rsquo;s sales and implementation processes. This role will support teams globally with an emphasis on North America.
This role offers flexibility and is based in our Austin office or US Remote.
What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Develop, deliver and maintain enablement programs and training modules for SEON&rsquo;s</li><li>
products, services, and processes</li><li>
Ensure internal go-to-market teams (esp. sales) are empowered with the knowledge to be successful</li><li>
Provide enablement support for GTM launches, including verticalized offerings and new product introductions</li><li>
Facilitate enablement events both virtually and in person</li><li>
Organize cross-functional teams and product experts to develop SEON certification programs</li><li>
Support enablement and onboarding of external stakeholders including customers and partners</li><li>
Generate goals and OKRs to measure the impact of enablement events and adoption of enablement assets (e.g. reduce ramp time for new sellers)</li><li>
Construct reports to measure enablement outcomes, analyze data, and deliver recommendations to senior leadership teams</li><li>
Understand company-level goals and map enablement programming to strategic initiatives</li><li>
Manage changes to SEON&rsquo;s Customer Engagement Model and ensure all training activities are deployed within its context</li><li>
Champion adherence to company policies and processes; maintain documentation hubs for self-service information consumption</li></ul>
What you bring:<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or another GTM Enablement function</li><li>
Demonstrated success managing, building, and delivering robust enablement programs</li><li>
and certification courses</li><li>
Strong ability to distill complex ideas, products and processes into simple formats and enablement assets</li><li>
Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Technical Services, and Product teams</li><li>
Leadership and owner mindset; proactive in assisting individuals and teams, and passionate about knowledge infusion and change management</li><li>
Desire to master the details and become a subject matter expert in many different industries and products</li><li>
Experience with LMS software (e.g., Juno) and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)</li><li>
Experience planning and hosting enablement events, both in person and virtual; willingness to be onsite for key training events (primarily in Austin, TX) as well as occasional international travel</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales metrics and performance analysis; desire to measure enablement impacts, and adjust training approaches</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>

This role is a hybrid schedule based in our Austin, TX location.
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:<ul><li>
Conduct market and customer research to inform product roadmap decisions and GTM strategy across our core verticals and regions</li><li>
Support efforts to refine our ICP, target persona development, and messaging and positioning</li><li>
Monitor the competitive landscape to identify emerging threats and opportunities, turning findings into sales enablement such as battlecards, objection-handling guides and comparison materials</li><li>
Create marketing and sales assets including slides decks, one-pagers and web content that effectively communicate our value propositions</li><li>
Work closely with sales to develop impactful enablement and training resources, allowing them to better position our offering in our target market</li><li>
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging product marketing content including whitepapers, case studies, and videos</li><li>
Support the planning and execution of product launches and vertical campaigns</li></ul>
WHAT YOU&rsquo;ll BRING:<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in product marketing or related field, preferably in B2B SaaS</li><li>
Proven track record of supporting and executing successful product marketing strategies</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</li><li>
Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail</li><li>
