Position Purpose:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the end-to-end Supply Chain operations in Saudi Arabia to serve Sephora needs in the country omni-channel, across stores and e-com platform. As such he/she functionally oversees all aspects related to Local Supply Planning, Store Replenishment, Logistics Operations and 3PL Relationship Management. He/she is directly responsible for daily operations, new product and brands launches, while building the Supply Chain of the Future through efficient systems and processes. The Supply Chain Manager has a mandate to bring the department to targeted levels of performance in the context of fast growth while supporting our customer-focused omnichannel strategy. The ideal candidate is a professional with an outstanding knowledge and track record of accomplishments in Supply Chain operations, warehouse fulfillment and distribution, planning tools and stakeholder relationship management. With a direct reporting line to the General Manager &ndash; KSA, the Supply Chain Manager will have a strong dotted reporting line to the Supply Chain Director &ndash; Middle East and will be a functional member of the Regional Supply Chain Leadership Team. From this setup perspective, a strong collaboration mindset is expected from the candidate to manage the relationship between KSA and Dubai HO.<div></div>

Lead Supply Chain operations in the country to maximize product availability and optimize inventory levels across the network.
</li><li>Manage replenishment strategy and frequency to ensure optimal fulfillment for all our stores and e-com platform.

Supervise local warehouses operation, driving a collaborative mindset with local 3PL to increase efficiency, enhance quality standards and reduce cost.</li><li>
Work closely with local retail team to sense changes in product demand and to adjust the outlook accordingly.
</li><li>Supervise over-stock and discontinued items exit strategy, coordination of return campaigns and stock rebalancing operations.
</li><li>Define and monitor relevant metrics and KPIs to proactively diagnose and address operational performance and needs.</li><li>
Work closely with Dubai HO on Sales &amp; Operations Planning Process (S&amp;OP) to support analysis on KPIs and drive action plans.
