Position Summary

We are hiring licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in Florida to deliver hands-on therapeutic support under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Whether you're seeking consistent hours or flexible scheduling, we offer opportunities tailored to your needs.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist</li>
<li>Monitor and document resident progress and response to treatment</li>
<li>Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe movement techniques</li>
<li>Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program</li>
<li>Current Florida PTA license (required)</li>
<li>Senior living or similar experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers</li>
<li>CPR certification (as required by facility or state guidelines)</li>
<li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li>
<li>Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused mindset</li>
