Job Title: Estimator / Estimation Engineer (Fit-Out)Location: Dubai, UAERole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with a strong background in fit-out and contracting projects in the Gulf. The role involves preparing cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and supporting competitive project bids.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review drawings, BOQs, and tender documents</li><li>Prepare cost estimates for civil, fit-out, and MEP works</li><li>Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis</li><li>Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations</li><li>Identify risks, scope gaps, and pricing variations</li><li>Prepare tender submissions and support negotiations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>5&ndash;10 years&rsquo; experience in Gulf fit-out/contracting companies</li><li>Strong knowledge of BOQs, estimation, and tendering</li><li>Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings</li><li>Proficient in Excel and estimation software</li><li>Familiar with Dubai regulations and market rates</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
