Job Title: Maintenance CoordinatorLocation: Dubai Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and organized Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and coordinate maintenance services across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with technicians, vendors, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.</li><li>Assign work orders to technicians and external contractors.</li><li>Monitor schedules and ensure jobs are completed within agreed timelines.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact between management, technicians, and service providers.</li><li>Track maintenance requests and follow up until closure.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, reports, and scheduling logs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.</li><li>Assist with cost tracking, invoicing, and documentation related to maintenance services.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or in a similar role within maintenance services.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, or facilities management.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management systems.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in facilities management, property management, or maintenance services companies.</li><li>Knowledge of vendor management and service contracts.</li><li>Immediate availability is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
