Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer Location: Mohali Experience: 4+ Years Availability: Immediate joiners preferredAbout the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead design initiatives, create intuitive user experiences, and deliver visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile products.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead end-to-end design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.</li><li>Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business goals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.</li><li>Maintain design consistency across products using style guides and design systems.</li><li>Translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly solutions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>4+ years of proven company experience in UI/UX design.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma (mandatory), Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools.</li><li>Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and lead design discussions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
