We are a growing non-medical home care agency seeking a confident, motivated Sales &amp; Marketing Representative to help increase referrals and build strong community partnerships.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Visit nursing homes, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, and hospitals to promote our home care services</li><li>Build relationships with admissions coordinators, discharge planners, social workers, and nursing directors</li><li>Increase referrals and overall agency sales</li><li>Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities</li><li>Public speaking required: Host and present educational seminars and in-service trainings</li><li>Educate professionals and families on our non-medical home care services</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in home care, healthcare sales, or marketing preferred</li><li>Comfortable with public speaking and presentations</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven</li><li>Reliable transportation for local travel</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
