<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Graphic Innovation Designer Responsibilities -
</b></h3><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end design process, from idea generation and prototypes to time studies and seamless transitions to operations.</li><li>
Utilize CAD software to develop precise 2D and 3D models for structural designs, including prototypes and mock-ups.</li><li>
Design and edit high-quality graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.</li><li>
Build and test physical prototypes, adjusting designs based on performance and feedback.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts that integrate structural and graphic design principles.</li><li>
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.</li><li>
Develop creative product solutions that reduce hardware needs and streamline assembly/installation processes.</li><li>
Translate product designs into bills of materials and process documentation for routing by Account Management and Planning.</li><li>
Design and maintain marketing materials, including slide decks, sell sheets, case studies, and swatch books.</li><li>
Keep the company website updated with new offerings, case studies, and visuals, while creating content for social media.</li><li>
Provide value-added design services for clients lacking in-house creative capabilities.</li><li>
Research and select materials that optimize durability, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.</li><li>
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to improve design processes and outcomes.</li><li>
Create unique designs and supporting marketing materials to drive new business development.</li><li>
Support the sales team by providing tailored design solutions that meet customer development needs within budget and timelines.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What we are looking for in a Graphic Innovation Desiger -
</b></h3><ul><li>Proven experience in graphic design, structural design, and CAD modeling.</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Word Press and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs that combine graphics with structural elements.</li><li>
Knowledge of materials commonly used in structural design and their properties.</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>
Strong project management and organizational abilities.</li><li>
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>

Preferred Qualifications for a Graphic Innovation Designer -
