<br><div>The HR Specialist reports to the HR Manager. The purpose of this position is to support the HR Manager in managing<br>
all HR activities and processes for the country&rsquo;s operations, in accordance with company standards and procedures.<br>

<b>Main Tasks and Responsibilities:</b><br>

Supports or executes the payroll process (e.g. verifies time and attendance records, prepares, checks and</li></ul><ul><li>
distributes pay slips)</li></ul><ul><li>
Performs administrative tasks, including drafting contracts, collecting and archiving documents, updating</li></ul><ul><li>
internal files and tools</li></ul><ul><li>
Supports in organizing and recording all training activities, performance evaluation and development</li></ul><ul><li>
processes</li></ul><ul><li>
Supports in the recruitment process posting adds, screening CVs, organizing interviews</li><li>
Maintains the HR archive, ensuring all data is up to date</li></ul><ul><li>
commit with quality standards and achieve quality objectives.</li><ul><li>Maintaining the quality of the product according to the required specification</li></ul></ul><br>

HR Specialist

<div>The Accounting Specialist reports to the Administration and Finance Manager. The purpose of this position is to manage company accounts, guaranteeing compliance with all accounting, taxation, and legal regulations in accordance with company standards and procedures.<br>
<br>
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Verifies, allocates, posts, and reconciles all accounts payable transactions in the ERP system.</li><li>
Issues invoices to clients and supports intercompany transactions.</li><li>
Plans and executes payments, manages all cash related activities (e.g. petty cash, cashing/depositing checks, etc.) and related accounting transactions.</li><li>
Monitors, reconciles and ensures correct processing of all bank transactions and fees.</li><li>
Supports in tax calculation (corporate, labor, VAT, etc.), preparation of reports and filing declaration within stated deadlines.</li><li>
Supports in the collection of information and preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.</li><li>
Supports in the preparation of special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting data.</li><li>
Supports the Administration and Finance Manager in researching and interpreting accounting and fiscal policies and regulations.</li><li>
Prepares documentation for the periodic audit.</li><li>
Supports the Administration and Finance Manager in carrying out tasks, performing office management and secretarial duties.</li></ul><b>
Technical Skills:</b><ul><li>
Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.</li><li>
Solid understanding of tax regulations.</li><li>
Good grasp of business economics.</li><li>
Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP.</li></ul><b>
Education and Experience:</b><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or equivalent experience.</li><li>
Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience as an Accountant in manufacturing or chartered accountant consultancy.</li></ul><p>
