WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 
For our plant in Konya, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer, reporting to the Technical Manager, who will have the following responsibilities: 
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of all plant equipment and machinery. This position aims to minimize downtime, support production continuity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes in accordance with company standards and procedures. 
 
Main Tasks and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Coordinate, and support the Maintenance Team by setting priorities and addressing critical issues to ensure maximum production efficiency.</li><li>
Plan and perform maintenance activities for plant equipment and machinery, ensuring both preventive and corrective actions are completed on time.</li><li>
Guarantee the conformity and punctuality of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of molds, machines, and equipment, defining effective strategies to maximize machine uptime.</li><li>
Analyze root causes of breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.</li><li>
Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure that critical components are available and operational on the shop floor.</li><li>
Support and cooperate in the optimization of production processes and industrialization activities, including the installation and commissioning of new lines.</li><li>
Develop and monitor maintenance, promoting continuous improvement and efficiency in all operations.</li><li>
Contribute to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and other continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>
Technical Skills<ul><li>
Excellent applied knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and automation systems.</li><li>
Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance planning.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.</li><li>
Experience with preventive maintenance processes and continuous improvement tools.</li><li>
PLUS: Knowledge of plastics technology, specifically Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) and Stretch Blow Molding (SBM) processes.</li></ul>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related fields).</li><li>
Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Excellent computer skills (Windows, MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>
Fluent in English (oral and written).</li></ul>

Maintenance Engineer

For our plant in Konya we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist reporting to the Plant Manager, and will have the following responsibilities: 
 
The C.I. Specialist is responsible for the definition and implementation of Lean methodology and shopfloor management within the facilities of the plant. The purpose of this position is to improve efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing in accordance with company standards and procedures. 
 
Main Tasks and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support continuous improvement activities across the plant and follow up on project execution and results.</li><li>
Identify process losses and perform root cause analysis to develop action plans.</li><li>
Actively participate in Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and TPM initiatives.</li><li>
Track and report process performance indicators.</li><li>
Collaborate with other departments to identify and drive improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Collect and analyze process data to support decision-making.</li><li>
Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the plant.</li></ul> 

Technical Skills<ul><li>
Knowledge of TPM, 5S, SMED, and Kaizen methodologies.</li><li>
Competence in data analysis and problem-solving tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SPC).</li><li>
Experience in process mapping and root cause analysis.</li></ul>
