We serve everyone from first-time reptile owners to experienced hobbyists.We are looking for a sales-driven, customer-focused team member who enjoys working with people, educating customers, and helping them feel confident about their purchases without pressure.This is a fun, fast-paced retail environment where you'll interact with incredible animals while helping customers find the right pets and products.Reptile keepers, hobbyists, and exotic animal enthusiasts are strongly encouraged to apply.What You'll Do<ul><li>Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers</li><li>Assist customers in selecting reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, habitats, feeders, and supplies</li><li>Use consultative sales techniques to help customers make the right purchase</li><li>Educate customers on proper reptile and exotic animal care</li><li>Safely handle reptiles and assist with animal care and enclosure maintenance</li><li>Maintain clean habitats and organized retail displays</li><li>Help with inventory, stocking, and merchandising</li><li>Ring sales on POS with accurate cash handling</li><li>Create fun social media content featuring animals and products</li><li>Post short videos and content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Retail sales or customer service experience required</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to guide customers to a sale without being pushy</li><li>Interest in reptiles, amphibians, or exotic animals</li><li>Comfortable learning to handle reptiles and invertebrates</li><li>Basic familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings</li></ul>Physical RequirementsThis is an active retail job.
