Serrano Country Club is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Pool Bartender to join our Food &amp; Beverage team for the pool season. This position is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to members and guests while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and fun poolside atmosphere.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced outdoor environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality hospitality and service.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests at the pool bar.</li><li>
Maintain a strong knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.</li><li>
Provide friendly and attentive service while maintaining professionalism in a lively pool environment.</li><li>
Accurately enter and process orders using the POS system.</li><li>
Ensure bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.</li><li>
Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.</li><li>
Assist pool servers with beverage orders when needed to ensure efficient service.</li><li>
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.</li></ul>
Qualifications
<ul><li>Previous bartending experience preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organization.</li><li>
Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.</li></ul>
Schedule
