Key Responsibilities</b></h3><p></p><ul>
<li>
Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities for Serva&rsquo;s SaaS products</li>
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation demos proposals<li> closing</li>
<li>Conduct product demos tailored to customer needs (fleet size, use cases, operations)</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams</li>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports</li>
<li>Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team</li>
</ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h3><p></p><ul>
<li>
2&ndash;4 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience is a strong plus)</li>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply</li>
<li>Experience selling to enterprises, SMEs, or fleet-related businesses is a plus</li>
<li>Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment</li>
<li>Arabic (native) and English (professional)</li>

Nice to Have</b></h3><p></p><ul>
<li>
Experience in fleet management, mobility, logistics, or fintech SaaS</li>
<li>Existing network in Saudi businesses or fleet operators</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnels</li>
