 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile SaaS products
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate product requirements and business needs into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept to delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Design intuitive experiences for complex operational workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and evolve Serva's design system and UI consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure designs align with product goals, technical constraints, and timelines
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience as a Product Designer (SaaS experience is a strong plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to design complex systems with clarity and simplicity
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with product teams in fast-paced environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and collaboration skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
 </li>
 <li>
 Arabic and English proficiency
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in mobility, fleet management, logistics, or fintech products
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of user research and usability testing methods
 </li>
 </ul>
