Serve The People (STP) is a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center in Santa Ana, CA, serving a predominantly low-income, Spanish-speaking community. We&rsquo;re hiring two Supervising Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) who love direct patient care and also enjoy mentoring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants and shaping clinic workflows.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Provide full-scope outpatient Family Medicine (acute, chronic, and preventive care).</li><li>Have protected admin time for APP supervision (chart review, mentorship, education).</li><li>Work closely with the fellow Supervising Physicians on operations and quality improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with onsite specialists: GI, Podiatry, Pediatrics, and soon OB/GYN, Dermatology, Endocrinology.</li><li>Participate in our monthly Clinician Council, where all MDs/DOs meet to solve operational issues and guide development of the medical department.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Pay<ul><li>Clinic hours: 7:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM, Monday&ndash;Saturday.</li><li>Full-time options:</li><li>5/8s: Five 8-hour days per week.</li><li>4/10s: Four 10-hour days per week.</li><li>Any schedule fitting within these hours will be considered.</li><li>Salary: $280,000 &ndash; $340,000, based on experience, schedule, and preference for physicians able to cover Saturdays.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>MD or DO; Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.</li><li>3+ years acute ambulatory experience; 2+ years in high-volume outpatient care.</li><li>Active Unrestricted DEA License.</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish required (including medical terminology).</li><li>Strong leadership, teamwork, and passion for underserved communities.</li></ul>If you want to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas can directly shape how care is delivered, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $280,000.00 - $340,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>403(b)</li><li>403(b) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>board certification (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Santa Ana, CA 92701 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Santa Ana, CA 92701: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
