Ensure proper product selections, matches, and/or alternatives.&bull;Input data on the ERP system, managing the data, and Issue invoices&bull;Handle billing and settlement-related tasks&bull;Research the alternative items for the purchasing support&bull;Provide exceptional customer service by proactively contacting customer to resolve issues and to improve opportunity success rate.&bull;Maintain and report purchasing results and productivity measurements including number of quotes completed per day, cycle time, average mark up and buy/quote ratio.&bull;Communicate with the local vendors, and sales team internally.&bull;Maintain existing supplier relationships and initiate potential new supplier relationships.&bull;Handle tasks related to the import system&bull;Support team members on product and source inquiriesQualifications<ul><li>1+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing or related field</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Strong business acumen and decision making</li><li>Strong analytic and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment</li><li>Solid grasp of MS Office, ERP system</li><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Korean-English Bilingual</li></ul>Industry<ul><li>MRO, B2B</li></ul>Employment TypeFull-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
