We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our growing team.You&rsquo;ll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, while working closely with the founders to shape the company&rsquo;s culture and HR processes from the ground up.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment and grow into a full-fledged HR professional.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Hiring<ul><li>Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting across job portals &amp; social platforms.</li><li>Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and follow up with shortlisted applicants.</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Handle joining formalities, document collection, and offer/appointment letters.</li><li>Conduct Day-1 onboarding and introduce new hires to the company&rsquo;s values and culture.</li><li>Maintain HR records and ensure employee data accuracy.</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Support<ul><li>Assist in preparing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance files.</li><li>Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination.</li><li>Support founders in internal communication, feedback, and team engagement initiatives.</li></ul>Culture &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Organize small events, birthdays, appreciation days, and other employee engagement activities.</li><li>Gather employee feedback to continuously improve workplace experience.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualities We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized in documentation.</li><li>Eager to learn new HR tools and startup processes.</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to work independently.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce / Psychology or related fields.</li><li>0&ndash;1 year of experience in HR / recruitment / internship experience in HR preferred.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Work directly with the founders of ServerCake and ZOZO Connect on building people systems from scratch.</li><li>Exposure to full HR lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, payroll, engagement, and policy building.</li><li>Fast career growth in a supportive, learning-oriented startup culture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
