This role would require strategic HR alignment with business goals, expertise in logistics-specific workforce planning and compliance, hands-on involvement in full-cycle talent acquisition for diverse roles (from operations staff to executives), and strong change management skills to navigate industry evolution.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnering:Align HR strategies with business goals to drive success in the logistics sector, requiring a deep understanding of operations and challenges.Talent Acquisition (TA) &amp; Workforce Planning:&middot; Develop and execute comprehensive TA strategies for diverse logistics roles, including operational, technical, and managerial positions.&middot; Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding for a varied workforce, including shift-based and casual workers.&middot; Conduct targeted sourcing using job boards, employee referrals, and professional networking to attract top talent in a competitive logistics market.Talent Management &amp; Development:Implement talent development programs, focusing on upskilling employees in logistics-specific areas and preparing the workforce for industry changes.Employee Relations &amp; Compliance:&middot; Ensure compliance with labor laws, awards, and regulations pertinent to the logistics sector, especially for overtime, leave entitlements, and workplace safety.&middot; Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace disputes to ensure smooth operations and high employee retention.Change Management:Lead HR initiatives and support employees through organizational changes, such as the adoption of new logistics technologies or transitions to new operational models.HR Analytics &amp; Reporting:Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.Culture &amp; Engagement:Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture, particularly within operational environments that may have high turnover or diverse work schedules.Key Competencies &amp; Qualifications required:&middot; Strong background in HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.&middot; Strategic &amp; Analytical Skills- Ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies, with strong analytical skills for data interpretation.&middot; Communication &amp; Interpersonal Skills-Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to effectively engage with leadership and employees from diverse backgrounds.&middot; Adaptability-Agility and a proactive approach to manage continuous change in the dynamic logistics environment.&middot; Knowledge of Logistics Workforce Dynamics- Understanding of the unique characteristics of the logistics workforce, including shift work and a mix of full-time, part-time, and casual employees.&middot; Educational Background - Typically a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,800,000.00 - &#8377;2,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
