<div>Essential Job Duties:<ul><li>
Maintaining the daily schedule for both service techs and installation teams</li><li>
Answering incoming calls Booking jobs for service department</li><li>
Communicating with customers daily for follow ups, tech arrival updates, scheduling, and more Fast-paced environment with strong teamwork environment High typing and multitasking skills required</li></ul> 
Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
1-3 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Proactive &amp; accountable Self-motivated, fast learner and highly organized multi-tasker with attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills especially under pressure</li><li>
Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train for right person)</li><li>
Team player who is a self-starter and able to learn independently</li><li>
Confident in utilizing and learning new software programs</li><li>
Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills</li><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li><li>
Must enjoy helping and working with others</li></ul> 
Experience: Dispatching: 1-3+ years (Preferred)</div>
