The role requires strong negotiation capability, bulk purchasing experience, and effective supplier relationship management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProcurement &amp; Purchasing<ul><li>Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned business units.Source and procure food, beverages, caf&eacute; supplies, operational materials, equipment, and consumables.Execute bulk purchasing strategies to achieve cost efficiency and operational continuity.Ensure timely purchasing to avoid stock shortages and operational disruption.Compare quotations and obtain competitive pricing.Vendor Management</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Identify and onboard reliable vendors and alternate suppliers.</li><li>Conduct vendor evaluations based on pricing, quality, service, and delivery performance.</li><li>Manage vendor negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms.</li><li>Resolve supplier-related issues and maintain procurement standards.</li></ul>Cost Control &amp; Negotiation<ul><li>Demonstrate strong bargaining and negotiation skills.</li><li>Monitor market rates and pricing trends.</li><li>Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.</li><li>Maintain procurement budgets and purchase controls.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with operations teams to forecast purchasing requirements.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock accordingly.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and purchase records.</li><li>Support inventory planning and stock optimization.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare procurement reports and purchase summaries.</li><li>Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor details.</li><li>Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures and approval matrix.</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducationMinimum Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate).
