We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber III to join our Service Experts HVAC and Plumbing team in a leadership role. As a Plumber III, you will be responsible for overseeing complex plumbing projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of plumbing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:</li><li>
Lead and manage plumbing projects of varying complexity, including new installations, renovations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.</li><li>
Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing system layouts and installations.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards at all times.</li><li>
Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.</li><li>
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss project requirements, timelines, and progress.</li><li>
Supervise and provide guidance to plumbing teams, including junior plumbers, apprentices, and helpers.</li><li>
Conduct inspections and perform diagnostics on plumbing systems to identify complex issues or defects.</li><li>
Develop and implement effective solutions for troubleshooting plumbing problems.</li><li>
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.</li><li>
Cut, thread, and bend pipes using advanced tools and techniques.</li><li>
Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.</li><li>
Clean up job sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.</li><li>
Coordinate with suppliers to procure high-quality plumbing materials and equipment.</li><li>
Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.</li><li>
Train and mentor plumbing teams, ensuring their professional growth and development.</li><li>
Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and changes in plumbing codes and regulations.</li><li>
Provide technical support and expertise to colleagues, clients, and contractors.</li><li>
Ensure the completion of projects within budget and on schedule.</li><li>

Requirements:</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Proven experience as a Plumber with 2+ years of work experience in the industry.</li><li>
Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.</li><li>
Expertise in interpreting and analyzing complex blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and advanced plumbing techniques.</li><li>
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.</li><li>
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to lead and manage plumbing teams effectively.</li><li>
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.</li><li>
Valid driver's license.</li><li>
Working Conditions:</li><li>
This position may involve physical labor and working in confined spaces or at heights.</li><li>
Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the project.</li><li>

Position Summary:
 
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with 4+ years of professional analytics experience and a Master&rsquo;s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field to join our team. This role is critical for driving improved business performance through advanced statistical and machine learning analytics, predictive modeling, and strategic data visualization. The Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with business leaders and product teams to transform complex data into actionable insights, and will serve as a technical mentor to elevate team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
I. Advanced Data Analytics (~65% of Time)<ul><li>
Consultation &amp; Strategy: Consult with business leaders to drive improved business performance through advanced statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and operational research.</li><li>
Model Development &amp; Enhancement: Provide prescriptive and predictive analytics expertise to support stakeholders in identifying opportunity areas, building robust models, and deploying data-driven solutions.</li><li>
AI/ML Tool Utilization: Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Databricks AI, and similar platforms to accelerate model development, code generation, and insight delivery.</li><li>
Statistical Testing: Design and execute rigorous statistical tests (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, significance testing) to validate findings and support data-driven decisions.</li><li>
Data Sourcing &amp; Integration: Research, identify, and integrate new data sources and analytics pipelines to support strategic analyses and enhance existing models.</li></ul>

III. Team Mentoring &amp; Development (~10% of Time)<ul><li>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
