Job descriptionJob DescriptionServiceMaster is hiring a entry level Water/Fire Restoration Technician for a our growing restoration company in Grants Pass. In this position you will perform specified restoration in water and fire damaged buildings.Job Duties:<ul><li>Inventory and load the van with equipment, products, and supplies needed for jobs.</li><li>Provide initial site inspection</li><li>Conduct demolition after fire or flood</li><li>Remove carpets, carpet pads, drywall, insulation etc' from job site</li><li>Haul debris from job site to truck as well as moving customer's personal items away from work area</li><li>Move dehumidifiers and fans to and from work site</li><li>Drive and operate truck and machinery (Extraction machine, weighted carpet extractors, dehumidifiers etc')</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, and clean equipment appearance.</li><li>Clean and disinfect equipment regularly.</li><li>Inspect equipment for damage.</li><li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance checklists and equipment maintenance checklists, as assigned.</li><li>Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.</li><li>Utilize cleaning products, mechanical equipment, and personal protective equipment properly</li><li>Clean soot from contents</li><li>Clean houses that have encountered fires</li><li>Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.</li><li>Show respect for customer's home/property.</li><li>Additional job duties upon request.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50lbs unassisted throughout shift</li><li>Must have a Valid Class C Oregon Drivers License and acceptable driving record</li><li>Must be able to handle Hazardous Materials Safely</li><li>IICRC Certification in WRT,FSRT are a plus</li></ul>Feel free to email at gpsurvery@servicemasterbylomroe with questions.Thank you!Job Type: Hiring for Part time and Full timeJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour DOEBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>On call</li><li>Overtime</li><li>Weekend availability</li></ul>Supplemental pay types:<ul><li>Bonus pay</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: One locationJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>Bonus opportunities</li><li>Double time pay</li><li>Overtime pay</li></ul>Work Location: In person
