Position Summary</b></h3><p>
The <b>Operations Systems Manager</b> will serve as a key link between technology, finance, and operations&mdash;ensuring that our systems (WinTeam, ADP, Zoho, and related platforms) operate seamlessly across departments.<br>
This individual will own system administration, process improvement, and reporting&mdash;building the infrastructure that keeps our operations efficient, accurate, and scalable.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Serve as the primary administrator for WinTeam and connected operational systems.</li><li>
Configure, maintain, and support system roles, permissions, and workflows.</li><li>
Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for billing, data management, and reporting.</li><li>
Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with job setup and client billing requirements.</li><li>
Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and lead implementation efforts.</li><li>
Develop dashboards and reports that communicate performance metrics and support decision-making.</li><li>
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Accounting to ensure data consistency across platforms.</li><li>
Provide training and user support for internal teams.</li><li>
Partner with leadership to evaluate new tools, integrations, and system enhancements as the company grows.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).</li><li>
Experience with ERP or workforce management systems&mdash;<b>WinTeam experience highly valued.</b></li><li>
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
High attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
