 To be successful in this role, you have:

 Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI&rsquo;s impact on engineering practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years of experience in software product engineering and atleast 5+ years of experience in a management position for technical teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in modern software engineering practices and technologies relevant to large-scale enterprise products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced coding skills with fluency in one or more relevant programming languages (Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, JavaScript, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with open source tools, automation frameworks, and agile development environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to design and implement effective testing strategies, including automation and performance testing.
 </li>

The role of the Customer Success Advocate is to act as an advocate for our customers. Through prescriptive guidance, you will lead the team responsible for a portfolio of customers to help them achieve goals and foster greater adoption and usage of the ServiceNow products they have purchased. You will oversee your team's engagement with customers in their portfolio.<ul><li>
