Service Specialties Inc (SSI), Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing in Chantilly, VA is looking to add an organized full-time Install Coordinator to our growing team. Job Role

SSI's Install Coordinator is responsible for keeping the Residential Sales Department as efficient as possible by:
<ul>
<li>Processing all job information once installation is completed 
<ul><li>Registering all new equipment to receive full warranty and make sure all rebates are submitted</li>
<li>Make sure job is paid in full
<ul><li>Including charging financing
</li></ul></li><li>Prepare job costing paperwork for sales manager</li>
</ul></li><li>Scan and record all final documentation to make sure job is completed in full
</li><li>Keeping the outstanding permit list at a minimum</li>
<li>Scheduling sales leads as necessary</li>
<li>Assisting customers with any questions they have regarding their install</li>
<li>Keeping track of all monthly sales numbers to be turned in at the end of the month</li>
<li>Other administrative tasks as needed to help with efficiency of the sales department</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must be an independent worker, and self-motivated</li>
<li>3-4 years of office experience minimum</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word</li>
<li>Knowledge of HVAC terms is recommended but not a requirement</li>
<li>Outside the box thinker
