This position is on-site Monday - Friday for 4 hours each day. Pay rate is $18.00/hr.</p><p>

Manage job boards and postings for all internal positions</li></ul></div><ul><li>Reviewing resumes and screening candidates</li><li>Conduct and set-up candidate phone screens, phone interviews and on-site interviews for all departments</li><li>Complete background checks
</li><li>Negotiating compensation packages and extending job offers to selected candidates</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager</li></ul><p>

<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of: Principles and practices of HR management and compliance</li><li>Successful previous experience in the on-boarding process, job boards and HR compliance</li></ul></h3></div><p></p>
