<div>As the<b> Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, </b>you will assist with answering the phones and scheduling a team to the customer's location to assess the work that would need to be completed. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and strive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment!</div>

<div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Answer phones and respond to customers with empathy and professionalism.</li>
<li>Schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team.</li>
<li>Perform detailed and accurate data entry.</li>
<li>Receive incoming calls about past services, current projects, and general inquiries about business and other routine communications.</li>
<li>Assist with inventory and equipment tracking.</li>
<li>Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Position Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma/GED.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience.</li>
<li>Prior receptionist/admin experience preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated.</li>
<li>Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred.</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 Suite, QuickBooks, etc.</li>

<div></div><div><b>Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies</b></div>
<div>This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.</div>
