At SERVPRO Team Fosdick, we specialize in fire and water cleanup and restoration, mold remediation, and construction services. We have expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron, Mentor, Mansfield and Toledo areas. We&rsquo;re seeking a driven and personable Business Development Manager to grow our presence across commercial markets and with insurance brokers. If you&rsquo;re a relationship builder with a passion for helping clients during their time of need, we&rsquo;d love to meet you. 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do: 
 
<ul><li>Proactively generate new business through outreach to commercial clients and insurance brokers
</li><li>Develop and maintain Emergency Service Agreements and long-term partnerships</li>
<li>Represent SERVPRO with professionalism, empathy, and confidence in all client interactions</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales strategy with service delivery</li>
<li>Track activity and progress in CRM systems to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded</li>
</ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For: 
 
<ul><li>A confident, organized, and highly effective communicator</li>
<li>Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trust quickly</li>
<li>Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-up skills</li>
<li>Prior experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or a related field is a plus</li>
