<div>Position Summary: 
SET Active is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Social Media team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategies across all of SET's social platforms. The right candidate will be able to multitask across all platforms while hitting our target market and working cross-functionally with all creative teams. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and maintain strategies across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and Twitter</li><li>
Guide social media ideas, tactics, and decisions with constant, up-to-date knowledge of social landscape, algorithm updates, new features, new platforms, etc.</li><li>
Align social strategy with overall marketing calendar and objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement/conversions</li><li>
Develop and maintain a monthly social media + posting calendar based on marketing objectives, notable dates, upcoming initiatives</li><li>
Identify opportunities and conceptualize unique campaigns and initiatives on social media channels</li><li>
Maintain a focus on engagement and KPIs while never straying from delivering an on-brand experience</li><li>
Set performance metrics in line with department KPIs specific to each platform; regularly measure, analyze, performance, and evolve social media strategy; report on statistics monthly</li><li>
Work with Marketing team to analyze social insights in relationship to marketing KPIs and sales</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with teammates and collaborate on special initiatives such as influencer/PR gifting, paid socials, content creation, UGC, and Community Program</li><li>
Oversee DM requests and General folder, working with Customer Service where needed</li><li>
Reply to comments and engage with our community</li><li>
Effectively manage SET's Content Producer to ensure all content being produced and shared across platforms is in line with brand guidelines and pillars</li></ul>
Content:<ul><li>
Travel (1-3x a month) with our creative team to capture and publish social-first content from store openings, campaign shoots, activations, and cultural moments</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with all Creative players (including but not limited to Content Specialist, Graphic Designers, and Copywriter) to oversee execution of all social media content and campaigns</li><li>
Regularly create and provide briefs and shot lists to all stakeholders regarding the content needed for all social channels</li><li>
Oversee all social content, ensuring everything posted from the brand is up to par with brand standards, from colors to clothing to copy and everything in between</li><li>
Execute any content or copy as needed</li></ul>
Instagram:<ul><li>
Arrange and present grid to VP Brand and CEO for approval: pay impeccable attention to detail, adjust according to previous feedback, and evolve until grid is approved (will eventually have autonomy with grid)</li><li>
Conceptualize and schedule compelling daily IG stories that accomplish our marketing objectives, encourage engagement, expand our reach, connect with our audience, convey our brand story/campaign narratives and drive sales</li><li>
Ensure comments and messages are being responded to according to brand expectations and in a timely manner, even on evenings and weekends, and provide support as needed for more complicated messages or comments</li><li>
Actively engage with community members and influencers, especially on tagged posts</li></ul>
Tik Tok:<ul><li>
Conceptualize and contribute to TikTok content creation with the help of Content Specialist</li><li>
Conceptualize compelling TikToks that accomplish our marketing objectives, encourage 
engagement, expand our reach, connect with our audience, convey our brand story/campaign narratives and drive sales</li><li>
Directly manage Content Specialist to ensure TikToks are being created and posted according to broader strategy at least 1x daily</li></ul>
Influencer Marketing:
<ul><li>Work strategically with the Influencer Marketing Specialist to nurture existing influencer and community networks while continuously and strategically expanding network</li><li>
Oversee social team's handling of: influencer database (adding new influencers and keeping addresses/sizes up to date), daily product gifting, SET Concierge program,engaging with influencer content, DMing with influencers, reposting influencer content</li></ul>
Management:<ul><li>
Inspire, motivate, and manage the Social Media Team</li><li>
Identify ways to improve quality of work, employee satisfaction, and process efficiency</li><li>
Provide direction and support so your team can execute according to brand vision and timelines</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>3-5 years of experience working in a social media role; DTC e-commerce brand preferred</li><li>
Exceptional understanding of the intersection of social media and marketing with the ability to view social media through both a social and marketing lens</li><li>
Mastery of all major social media platforms, including emerging ones</li><li>
Proven history of conceptualizing and executing effective social campaigns from both a strategic and creative standpoint that meet marketing goals and deadlines</li><li>
Understanding of SET's aesthetic with high aesthetic standards</li><li>
Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice</li><li>
Deep knowledge of social media measurement tools; ability to use analytics to develop and evolve strategy</li><li>
Excellent verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to excel in a fast-paced collaborative environment, multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines</li><li>
Willing to be where the brand is happening and comfortable traveling and working on the ground 1-3x a month.</li></ul></div>

Social Media Manager

<div>Freelance Color Retoucher: This position will work closely with the Creative Manager to execute high-quality retouching on assets spanning across e-commerce, marketing, and social content. In addition to supporting core retouching needs, this role will at times be a collaborative partner to the broader creative team, assisting with one-off asset requests and image adjustments as approved by the Creative Manager. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast paced, adaptable, and able to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels while managing varying priorities and timelines. Retouching Execution 
<ul><li>Ghost mannequin retouching for product imagery, including color management and maintaining visibility on communication with photography partners when necessaryCampaign imagery retouching, completed in-house by the contractor</li><li>Supplemental imagery retouching, completed either directly by the contractor or managed through overseas retouching partners depending on scope and timeline</li><li>E-commerce imagery retouching, completed either directly by the contractor or managed through overseas retouching partners depending on scope and timeline</li><li>Fabric texture preservation and color accuracy adjustments across campaign, e-commerce, and supplemental assets</li><li>Maintaining consistent retouching quality aligned with SET Active brand standards Color Management</li><li>Leading the color correction process for ghost imagery, incorporating internal team feedback and approvals</li><li>Ensuring color consistency across ghost, campaign, ecommerce, and supplemental imagery</li><li>Preparing color reference images and visual guides for overseas retouching partners to ensure accuracy and consistency Retouching Workflow Management</li><li>Managing workflow between in-house retouching (completed directly by contractor) and overseas retouching partners</li><li>Preparing and distributing retouching notes, reference files, and visual direction</li><li>Reviewing incoming retouched assets for quality control and aligning with the Creative Manager on approvals or revisions</li><li>Coordinating revisions and communication with overseas partners in alignment with the Creative Manager Operational Support</li><li>Assisting in development of a scalable retouching workflow for SET Active</li><li>Helping streamline post-production timelines, file organization, and overall asset management</li><li>Supporting the Creative Manager in preparing final retouched assets for marketing launches and campaign rollouts</li></ul></div>
