About the Role: We are looking for a Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of pacing, style, and attention to detail, along with experience (or good working knowledge) of editing tools. You will collaborate with our creative, marketing, and content teams to produce high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, and brand communications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit raw video footage into clean, engaging, and professional final outputs.</li><li>Add soundtracks, voiceovers, transitions, and motion graphics where necessary.</li><li>Understand project objectives and adapt editing styles to suit different formats and platforms.</li><li>Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual tone.</li><li>Manage and organize media assets and project files.</li><li>Stay updated with content trends, editing styles, and new editing techniques.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Media, Film Studies, Communication, or any relevant field (preferred, not mandatory if skills are strong).</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of professional experience in video editing.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.</li><li>Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong sense of visual storytelling, music rhythm, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently, take feedback positively, and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>Experience editing for digital and social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Campaign Videos).</li><li>Understanding of color correction and sound editing.</li><li>Thumbnail deisgning skiils using canva or photoshop</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Creative and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities to explore different creative formats and project types.</li><li>Growth-focused feedback and mentorship.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
