This RN Supervisor role follows a rotating schedule with every other weekend and holiday required.

 Role Overview:</h3>
As an RN Supervisor, you&rsquo;ll provide essential leadership and oversight during the evening shift. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional care, supporting your team, and ensuring residents receive attentive, quality service.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive and team-oriented atmosphere</li><li>
Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision as needed</li><li>
Assess residents&rsquo; conditions and respond to their changing healthcare needs</li><li>
Administer medications and treatments with precision and accountability</li><li>
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment</li><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents&rsquo; overall well-being</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
 What You&rsquo;ll Need:</h3><ul><li>
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania (Required)</li><li>
Previous Supervisory Experience Preferred &ndash; Especially in a healthcare setting</li><li>
Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>
Commitment to high standards of patient care</li><li>
A professional and approachable demeanor with a focus on teamwork</li></ul>
